My Story

I had a bad back injury and slip disc, to cope with the pain, I resorted to wearing a back brace just to aid my day-to-day movements.

Seeking a natural and long-term solution to my problems, I found the answer and eventually qualified as a certified Pilates and Barre instructor, nutrition coach as well as

a NASM-certified Personal Trainer. 

With Pilates, I have been able to strengthen my core till I no longer wear a back brace.
